1. Service Agreement

By accessing or contracting services from Novexsa Solutions, you agree to comply with our standardized service terms. Project deliverables, milestones, and timelines are governed by mutual statements of work (SOW) executed prior to project kickoff.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full payment of all project invoices, full ownership of custom code, designed branding assets, website templates, and produced marketing collateral transfers entirely to the client. Novexsa retains the right to showcase non-confidential project outcomes in our portfolio.

3. Creator & Influencer Campaign Terms

Creator deliverables, post durations, whitelisting rights, and licensing periods are defined in individual campaign agreements. Commercial ad usage beyond agreed timeframes may require supplementary talent licensing fees.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We do not sell, rent, or trade client data to third parties. All client details, user analytics, proprietary codebases, and credentials provided during projects are held under strict non-disclosure security standards.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide iterative design and code revisions at every project milestone to ensure 100% satisfaction before final deployment and handover.
